Lydiah Nyanduko Magoma

Lydiah, an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, is attached as an associate at Meritad Law Africa LLP, Kisii Branch.

Cardinally, she is an adept litigation counsel focused on impeccable service delivery to clients in litigious matters. She handles various matters spanning the scope of Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Land Law, Banking Law and Insurance Law.

Similarly, she has conveyancing and commercial expertise, which is not limited to due diligence and real estate financing. She has particularly interacted with major clients some of whom are Equity Bank (Kenya) Limited, KCB Bank Kenya Limited and Safaricom Sacco.

Lydiah holds a LL.B ( Hons) degree from Moi University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
